Summer 2010 applications and $100 nonrefundable deposits are due by the February meeting.

No exceptions.

YOU MUST

1. Fill out the Team Application form
2. Must have a field! Fill out field insurance form
    Returning teams have first priority to fields, no exceptions.
3. $100 nonrefundable deposit is DUE by the February meeting.
    If you cannot make the meeting, please make arrangements with the BDSL treasurer.
4. $200 security deposit at Feb meeting (NEW TEAMS ONLY)
5. Preliminary roster with background and skill level of players

$125 Team Fee

$135 Cup (Tehel or Wood) Fee

$25 per player insurance fee ($0 per Fall 2009 player)

$66 per team, per game onfield referee payment
